Born in Paris, Stéphane Chalangeas is a veteran new media executive who has made most of his career building companies, mainly in London but also around the world. After graduating in business administration and marketing from Brunel University, where he specialised in electronic media, he was part of the original Dow Jones team who created what would become CNBC Europe. As early as the mid nineties he streamed Business TV on the internet.
He later joined Bloomberg TV where spearheaded the commercial operations: distribution, marketing and media sales for the EMEA. In 1999, as EVP of global media sales he joined Spotcast, a startup that inserted audio and SMS geo localised advertising in mobile phone calls. He then became CEO of Enfocast, a bouquet of broadband business channels owned by ComerzBank and beamed directly into intranets via satellites. Recently, Stéphane has turned his attention to Social Media, Content Marketing and SEO.
At Hamlet Intl. he is the driving force behind developing the company internationally and on the internet. In this capacity he is always on the lookout for new partners who can bring the necessary skills.
